I know that besides CAP there is the USCGAUX and SDF's, but are there any other similar "military" organizations in the US?

What
kind of Military orginizations are you talking about?
Cadet orginizations (like the JROTC, NSCC, ACA, YM)?
Or orginizations that are only for adults (as you mentioned, USCGAUX, SDF's)?

Don't forget you also have the Public Health Service (PHS) Commisioned Corps (http://www.usphs.gov/) and the NOAA Commissioned Corps (http://www.noaacorps.noaa.gov/). They wear Navy uniforms with distinctive insignia.
I think he means adult voluteer paramilitary programs that anyone can join.

Yes, but those aren't paramilitary orginizations you join. IIRC, that's what you do for your job.
