If im selected as flight sergeant for encampment this year, what should I remind cadets about in an email to them for encampment. I figure hair cuts, but are there any regs for females in terms of hair? Any common uniform problems or things commonly left behind?

CAPM 39-1 Attachment 2 is your source for grooming standards.

It includes the standards for hair, male and female.

Find out what the encampment commander expects for the standards, and make sure you are in full compliance with CAPM39-1.
