Does the service tape read CIVIL AIR PATROL OR US CIVIL AIR PATROL?

The "U.S. CIVIL AIR PATROL" tapes were phased out.  They existed and were authorized for a short period of time.  They came just about as fast as they went.  It's past the phase-out date for those tapes, so there should be nobody wearing them any longer.  If they are, they're out of regs.

They were adopted to differentiate us from the myriad of other Civil Air Patrols all over the world... >:D
