In October 2020 I had a cadet earn his Billy Mitchell. I was under the impression they earned a certificate for this achievement. Does anyone know where this comes from, and how I/him/someone obtains it? Do I have to request it? Is it sent automatically? Is there someone I can follow-up with since it's been a few months? Thank you for any guidance you can offer.
The certificates come automatically from NHQ and should be mailed to the squadron commander.
