I'm at my squadron meeting right now, and one of our cadets just applied for the Community Service (documentation included), but we can't seem to figure out how to input it into the system. Could ya'll help us out before 2030hrs CDT? Thanks!

Form 2A approved by the squadron commander and then anyone else higher that the wing commander designates as approving authority. In NY, hast to go through Squadron commander up to Group commander. Once it's signed, then you can add it in eservices. Click on the name, then service ribbons, then click "add previously authorized ribbon".
