I was wondering what the form was for getting your 101 card. Is it Form 100?

Well, that used to be the method. Now it's all done online, through MIMS.

I think it depends... Seems to me that CAPF 101 issue is a case of Your Mileage & Wing May Vary.

...absolutely. Some wings use MIMS, some the WMU. Some may even use Paperless Wing, but I don't have much experience with that one, so I don't know what it offers. You NEED to get with your unit's ES officer to discuss what it is you need to do to obtain your 101.
