It's got my attention been trying to get back into shape, lest the cadets in my squadron mistake me for an LTA aircraft. ;D

Never could do a pushup worth anything. I'll start tomorrow. Wife is starting me on a Die it (even though I do meet wt and gromming) so it goes with it.

I've mostly been doing aerobic exercise with occassional weight training, so my initial test was fairly weak, but I made it into column 3 and have completed my first week.

Checking in with progress.  My week 2 retest was sad but I attribute it to good holiday living.

Wait til age catches ya.  Most of us get lazy well before 40.  I am 38 years old with a knee surgery under my belt and still at it.  For this we are tracking the pushups.  When I start talking Hindu Squats and Burpees people usually run in fear.

Well, my second week test barely kept me in column 3 for the third week, but since I was unable to achieve the minimum for the 5th set this morning, I'm going to drop back to column 2.
