How do I get statistical data on a mission from WMIRS - how many sorties, aircraft and vehicles assigned, personnel, etc?
By hand.
There really aren't very many good statistical reports built into WMIRS. This is why during Hurricane Harvey, we had to build a spreadsheet that had all of the sorties in it so that we could "easily" extract certain numbers such as number/type of sorties, how many sorties individuals participated in, etc.

Who has access to the primary WMIRS database? They could easily generate a custom report, without you having to create a spreadsheet from scratch. So much redundancy and wasted time.
All the data is just sitting there ready to be mined.

I don't know who has access to it, but we were never given any access.

Terrifying? How, exactly?
If you are posted at the proper level, (i.e. Wing DOS, DO, etc.) you can contact the help desk and request custom reports.
Even easier though, you, or at least staff with proper rights, can download data on air and ground sorties directly as .csvs, I just confirmed that function now.
