Quote. The EOO will cause an independent, on-line Equal Opportunity Training (EOT) program to be accessible through the NHQ CAP website. All members who completed Level I/Phase 1 training prior to the publication date of this regulation shall complete this on-line EOT program within 1 year from the publication date of this regulation. Any members who completed Level I/Phase 1 training prior to the publication date of this regulation who do not meet this training requirement/suspense will not be eligible for promotion until this requirement is completed.

Even though there is a full year from this point... I'm curious about a few things that I hope get considered. Maybe someone here will know the answers

This looks to be for ALL members. This statement would include cadets. Is this training designed for Officers or Cadets. I think much will be lost for both categories if only one course is created.

Will there be a "in residence" option? Like OpSec, there will be people who won't get this done if it can ONLY be done online.

Thats all I have, anyone else?
