Dress Blue Jacket Cadet Insignias

I can't seem to find this information anywhere since the Uniform manual is so outdated.
I know cadets wear their chevrons on each side of the collar on the Lightweight Jacket, and an additional set on the shirt underneath;
However, is this the same for the Dress Blues Jacket? Are we "supposed" to wear another set underneath?

No, with a service coat it is coat only.
