I'm trying to find the class/course number/provider for this deliverable.
I've narrowed it down to
ELG0108: Community Mass Care/ Emergency Assistance
ELG0418: Mass Care/Emergency Assistance Planning and Operations
Those are a two-day in-person FEMA class. See https://nationalmasscarestrategy.org/training-and-exercises/
See also https://training.fema.gov/programs/aps/
Like other FEMA classes, it is given by State Emergency Management Offices. See this 2018 announcement from the Ohio EMA: https://fcemhs.org/EMHS-website/media/Documents/Classes/G-108-Community-Mass-Care-and-Emergency-Assistance-Training-Flyer.pdf
So if you want that class, I suggest you log onto your state SEMO for their curriculum. Or ask whether they offer it. Do not call them ELG0108 or ELG0418. EL is a FEMA code. Call them G0108 or G0418.

I understand how to request courses and the code meanings. What I don't know is which class is for the sign off on the 101 card.
From our support team:
QuoteThe Shelter Field Guide Course was derived from E0417. FEMA is currently revising the course that's why it isn't available.
We are in discussion to try and make an online version available but that will be FEMA's call as to whether it meets their desired learning objectives.
