Aerospace Education Reports Due Dates

I have discovered after taking the technician exam for the Aerospace Education Specialty Track that the due dates for the AE Plan of Action and the AE Activity Report are not the same in CAPP 15 Aerospace Officers' Handbook and CAP Regulation 280-2 CAP Aerospace Education Mission. CAPP 15 says these reports are based on the calendar year and are due in January while CAPR 280-2 says the reports cover a fiscal year and at the squadron level are due in October. The test answers are based on CAPR 280-2.
