Does anybody know how a cadet can view their last PT test results? Or must they contact a Senior Member for help?

Chances are fairly good that there aren't any permanent records.
But if there are, probably your senior member that is in charge of your PT may be able to find them for you.

My squadron uses this tool http://archive.cadetstuff.org/pt
Which emails cadets a copy of their results after every pt test.
We also have data stored on sheets on a clipboard going back several years.

eServices cadet promotions has had for a few months now, the ability to put all the numbers directly in, too. While it's marked optional, and is a lot of work, at the moment. It is there.

We issue each cadet a paper to bring to each 'station' during PT, and the proctor writes in the result before sending them on, except for the mile run, we just yell the time out and they report it to the next person.

With ~65 cadets showing up on an average evening, that's how we do it. The slips go in their folder afterwards, too. So its there, and trackable.

SIMS is still the best database out there for recording Cadet Program related items, and PT scores has been something it is good at for a decade now. If your squadron isn't using it, it should be.
