Travel to an Encampment

I am a C/CMSgt from MOWG and was wondering if it is allowed for a cadet to ride with another cadet to an encampment.

Short version: yes, as long as it is OK with your folks.

Longer version:  CAP does not normally concern itself with how our members get to activities.  Accordingly, we do not regulate "who rides with who" on the way to squadron meetings, encampments, etc.

Thanks. but does this apply to riding with a cadet who is driving a POV?

Yes. The only time CAP would be concerned would be if you're travelling in a CAP vehicle.
