Kenneth R. Haydon, 75, widow of Florence Ann Watts Haydon, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on August 14, 1946, to the late Raymond and Ruby Haydon. He retired from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Legislative Research Commission, and from the United States Army Reserve. Kenneth was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Frankfort. He was very active with the Kentucky Civil Air Patrol, where he was awarded the 2018 Communicator of the Year. He took great pride in caring for his family and loved ones and didn't want anyone to focus on him.

He is survived by his daughters, Kim (Steven) Haydon, and Cindy Franklin; his grandchildren, Christopher Franklin, Haley Franklin, Gracie, and Bethany; his great grandchild, Gunner; as well as his special friend, Linda Ethington.
