Select - Course Catalog
Select - Safety from the drop-down menu
Your quest should be the second item in the list.
Unfortunately as far as approving someone for the Tech level of Safety:
"Creating a Safety education Briefing" is not equal to "How to create a safety briefing"
It would appear the computer is looking for the wrong course title. And possibly in the wrong place, as this was not identified as being an AXIS module.
Which would mean nobody can be approved for the tech level of Safety as the requirements cannot be met.
