WMIRS Testing site question

Is the WMIRS test site a sandbox I can do whatever in, or would that be Bad?

I got a fast response back from custserv:

"Yes, you can do training there. One thing to note though, we reset the data at the beginning of every month."

Whenever I'm training staffers (MSA, MRO, AOBD, GBD) and even operational people, I'll use the training site to actually use the system to fill out 104's 109's Radio Messages, logs, and all sorts of other functions so they have hands on knowledge of what it actually does and where to find things without compromising "real-world" WIMRS information.
