Opinions Please: What are the most desireable traits you look for...

Hello CAPTalkers,

I am putting together a seminar for our upcoming Wing Conference and would like your opinions.

(Senior Members only please)

The seminar is going to be on what it takes to be a cadet leader and how to get those coveted spots like Cadet Commander or Encampment Cadet Commander (what skills, traits, experiences, guide to interviews, etc).

I am looking to see what the most desireable traits and skills that you look for when selecting a cadet for a command position.  What do you want in your cadet commander or what makes you pick a certain candidate for Encampment Cadet Commander over another?

If you could respond in a bullet fashion (numbers, individual paragraphs, etc) so I can delineate specific characteristics and personality traits that would be super.  Adding the "why" would also help.

I want to get multiple inputs, because I know what I look for, but not everyone is necessarily looking for the same thing - ya know?
