It's been 3 years since the first OBC cohort wrapped up, followed by a lot of promotions to Captain. The old ECI-13 being the bottleneck.

As those Captains are now approaching TIG, can we expect a similar spike in promotion to Major? I was in the first cohort, and was recently promoted. Just wondering how many stuck with the program and completed Level 3.

JoeTomasone

Same here.  First group through OBC and just got my leaves.

Now I have four years to figure out a Senior rating in Comms.  :D

I'm exactly three years behind all of you. :)

Devil Doc

I got another 3 years, before I even Qualify for the Oak Leaf, no Worries. I will be approaching over the hill by then.

Or if you're a dork like myself that kept too many irons in the fire, you could go from Butterbar to railroad tracks in the same amount of time.  ;)

I've got 2 more years TIG plus CLC to finish for the oak leaves.

It is kinda funny, i seen a SM that was a Cadet. He is Already a Captain, and way younger than me.
When i first saw him, i thaught that he was a confused cadet, untill he started doing the mission brief. I was like DOH!!

The CyBorg is destroyed

As stated in another thread, I became eligible in June, 2012, submitted paperwork through my then-commander in August and still haven't heard anything.

I've asked my new commander but he hasn't seemed to be able to find out much either; I don't know if he's asked at Wing but he's asked at Group.

I really don't want to bug him overmuch for fear of sounding like I'm just in it for the bling.
