Would this work?  I know the Vanguard one is about the same price but the Nomex is attractive.  Epaulets would have to go...

Not a pro on flight suits, but if the set up is identical and color works, I don't see why not.

That suit is a no-go. By the time you modify it to meet our regs, you could have brought a "real" nomex one.

Agreed. There are other alternatives out there that are in compliance. I would keep looking.

Check eBay. I got mine there, and they show up every once in a while.

Go to eBay or drive to a army navy surplus. I got my on eBay and then I met a guy on my squadron, active Marine electronic aviation officer and he brought me one.
