These are the rules we were issued when we received our challenge coins while I was stationed at Edwards AFB  c. 1992.  It was the first military challenge coin I received and I have never been without out it to this day though I have accumulated many others since.  All of the Air Force units I served in held the rules of the coins as a very important part of our unit tradition.  I thought others here would enjoy the rules that were applicable at all times for coin carrying members.

No, this is the one I was issued over 20 years ago and it is the only copy I have.  I just scanned it in so I could share it.
