Blue BBDU raincoat

I've seen mbrs wearing a blue equivalent of the camouflage raincoat with the tab to slide your grade on.

Does anyone provide a link to purchase one?

I've seen a Coast Guard jacket that is pretty price (~$300) that has a grade tab and would be about equivalent.

FWIW, there's no authorization to wear grade that way on the BBDU.

I haz it... and I can wear grade on it too. 


I paid the GSA/UDC price though.

I also have the new liner/ ODU Utility Jacket.


It seems pretty thin compared to the more traditional fleece.  I guess it is more like a shell.
