I purchased "PDF Creator" on eBay for $.99 and it will print the filled in ORM form as a .pdf document you can load into a WMIRS 104. Took a few tries but it works.

"Cute PDF" is a freebie that will do the same thing.

PDF Creator is also supposed to be free, but comments say it is dropping malware now.

Office 2007/2010 natively support PDF creation as well.
