To Late to Go?

Ok, so I looked through this forum and on the NCSA website and could not find anything saying that it was too late to apply for NCSA's (for the ones that have open slots or as an alternative). Is this true? Can I still apply and go to a NCSA? Providing, of course, that there are open slots.

If they have open slots, I believe you may still apply. You will need to be approved by your wing commander to attend.
