Title: Cadet Programs NCSA E-mail Outreach.

QuoteCadet Michael Hatkevich,

As an Earhart cadet, you have met the most difficult requirement to participate in the International Air Cadet Exchange program (IACE).

We've created a new website for National Cadet Special Activities. This coming summer, there are over 25 activities that you may be able to attend.  Go to http://ncsas.com/ for information about these opportunities.

If you meet the requirements, you can apply for Pararescue Jumpers Orientation Course (PJOC) or

Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Familiarization Course (SUPTFC) and learn more.*

Several wings will be hosting winter encampments that will start after Christmas.  Please see http://www.capmembers.com/encampment for further details.

The cadet life video has been a huge hit, but we want to take it a step further.  Cadet Programs is hosting a cadet video competition to see what our members can create.  To learn more about the competition and the prizes being offered, please go to http://www.capmembers.com/video.

We have scholarships for both academics (College) and flight training.  The application process is now easier than ever.  Go to http://www.capmembers.com/scholarships for detailed information about the scholarships that are offered.

Got this as e-mail today. Pretty neat way to reach cadets, especially if the units don't stress NCSAs

Yup.... Got the same email (except pushing for COS for the Mitchell)... I think that it is a great way to alert cadets of the upcoming opportunities.

I am not mentally prepared for NHQ to get their act together so suddenly and without notice.

Unexciting boards meetings, ORMS, online FRO, online aircraft discrepancy, proactive cadet contact, not to mention the successes of the WBP and Safety reporting.

I am quickly running out of scapegoats and will soon have to rely solely on my own performance as a barometer of success.

BTW:  Dear NHQ, THANK YOU!
