Can a member go through RSC in any region or only the region in which your wing resides?

Any region, but it is good to support your home region as they need a certain number of attendees in order to make it a good Staff College.

I decided to go to an RSC on the opposite side of the country.  It provided me the opportunity to meet other people, see a completely different CAP than what I was used to, swap ideas, and escape the winter weather from where I lived.  Going outside of the region isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I've decided on going to one in my region.  It will be good to network with people from my Wing and Region.  I did consider going to the RSC held at Nellis AFB because I have family that lives in Vegas and it would be a good excuse to head out there.
