my annual christmas story

   heres my annual offering, a short story by frederick forsyth (day of the Jackal, etc.) for his wife. it was read every christmas eve by alan maitland (fireside al) on the canadian broadcasting corp. i'm not sure who reads it now.
   its about a young british fighter pilot, flying home on christmas eve. the broadcast started with an interview with frederick, and if u want to bypass that, he starts reading the story around 5:45, and in 30 seconds it fades into alan reading it for the rest of the story, about 30 mins.   
   gather the kids together for a neat story.
