eServices Supplemental Info for IACE?

I'm trying to get my app in for IACE, and it says that if you select the activity (either basic or escort), a new tab will appear on the app for supplemental info.  It's not showing up for me... Even after I try submitting the app.  I sent the help desk an e-mail, but I just wanted to see if anybody else here has experienced this.
