Cadet 1st Lt. Bracy Bazil
Tyler Composite Squadron
Texas Wing

Bracy Kyle Bazil, age 20, of Tyler, Texas. Bracy passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022. He was born at home on Labor Day, September 2, 2002, in Tyler, Texas to Paul and Cyndi Bazil. Bracy was enthusiastically welcomed by his fan club of three older brothers and three older sisters. He was the tiebreaker. Bracy was a kind loving Follower of Christ. A wonderful son, brother, uncle, and friend. Bracy was inquisitive and imaginative from the very beginning and lived life to the fullest. In his 20 years, he packed adventure into every moment. He recently zipped line across the Royal Gorge with Dad, just beating Dad across at the end. He took great joy in being Mom and Dad's whitewater rafting guide. He was a hiker, rock climber, swimmer, singer and the biggest prankster. His 'Dad jokes' kept you rolling for days. He was the life of the party, quick-witted, hilarious, fun and the worksite DJ. He wasn't afraid to try new things---like crafting knives and dancing and could cut a rug with his dance moves. He was a graduate of TJC, a recent graduate of Kilgore Fire Academy, a certified EMT, firework enthusiast, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, friend and Disciple of Jesus Christ. He completed Our Family. This past Tuesday he set off planning to backpack in the San Juan mountains of Colorado. He did not know; it would instead be the start of his Greatest Adventure. God called him home 09/06/22, stepping from Colorado into his eternal home with the Lord Jesus. "...To be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord." 2 Cor. 5:8
He is survived by his parents, Paul and Cyndi Bazil and siblings, Anna Shipley and her husband Michael, of Indianapolis Indiana, Luke Bazil and his wife Juanita, of Mineola Texas, Audrey Bruders and her husband Matthew of Waukesha Wisconsin, Haylee Bazil of Seattle Washington, Joseph Bazil of Tyler, Nathan Bazil of Tyler, and nieces and nephews: Adeline, Ava, Philip, Joseph, Alissa, and Judah Shipley, Jason, Sebastian and Angelina Bazil, Eliane Hopson Bazil & Thaddeus Bruders.
