Inputting FEMA Courses

Is there a way for individual members to input FEMA course completion (is100, 200, 700) into the WMU or must it be done by CC/ESO/OPS/whatever?

Last time I did ICS training it was on the test site and the system did it automatically.

Goto eServices -> OPS Quals -> Emergency Services -> SQTR Entry -> IS-700, etc.
Input the completion date, etc. Give a copy of the certificate to your CC for verification and approval.
