OK. I'm the type who loves reading all sorts of stuff, and while I was reading the NTSB website, I came across a little PDF entitled "Responding to an Aircraft Accident(:) How to Support the NTSB(:) A Guide for Police and Public Safety Personnel"
http://www.ntsb.gov/family/LEO_brochure.pdf

While this is mostly for Law Enforcement and Emergency Personnel, CAP does have some things they may want to pay attention to. Most is covered in CAP training, except the NTSB specifics.

Does anyone think this should be issued to CAP members as part of their training?

Only skimmed it but it looks like it would be a handy checklist and that any points not covered by our current training should be considered...
