Colorado 2009 Summer encampment?

Does anyone know if the dates for the Colorado 2009 encampment have been finalized?  The web site still indicates "TBA".

It should be 20-28 June give or take a day.

Since I will be flying into Colorado Springs, it's that "Plus or minus" I need to get nailed down.  Does anyone know when the exact dates will be set?
