I asked about this on the KB, but I was wondering,
Can anyone scan some images of the various Certificates / Awards CAP and AFIADL issues?
Mitchell, Yeager, COP/Davis, Commanders Commendation, SOS diploma etc...?
Ive looked in about every reg I can think of and while I find plenty of descriptions and criteria for earning said items I havent see a single picture.

Here are a few I already have on my work computer.  Attached are:

CAP Certificate of Accomplishment
Air University certificate for completion of AFIADL 00013.

I can scan others at a later time.

You might try contacting NHQ, I would bet they have an image bank of all.

Mike is that first one an actual CAPC 44, or some sort of homebrew?  Never seen one of those before.

Eh, now that I look at it... it's a NY Wing Encampment home brew.  I think that's the auto-generated certificates from the CAP encampment management software suite thingy.

Was digging through my CAP stuff on the computer, and thought it was the CAPC 44.  Oh well... one more example, I guess.  :)

I know NYWG has some encampment program stuff on their website http://www.nywgcadets.org/caperp/staff.html.  Specifically, they have a program that runs out of MS Access.

It includes:
Quote
Automatic P-1 report
Automatic MSA report
Automatic CAPF-7 report
Financial reports, including money paid and owed, and total funds collected
Certificate of Accomplishment template, to give to base support personnel and helpful CAP members
Sign in/out reports for in/out-processing. These allow cadets to run the inprocessing.
Label report to print on label sheet to aid in issuing yearbooks, t-shirts, or workbooks and OI's(see NETM section above).
Staff listing report to publish on website + email.
Attendee report, by home group/squadron, and by assigned flight
Automatic welcome and acceptance letters, addressed to all attendees
Uses CAPWATCH database to display pertinent information
Much more!!!

Hope that helps.

Thanks, I'll go check this out. If anyone has different tools feel free to share.

I dont have scans but could take digital photos of some of them. Most of the time CAP NHQ wont send those unless you have earned that award. I requested some blank ones for historical display and they sent me the blank ones I had earned. They were not filled out but were from previous national commanders. Will take me a few days to do.

Yep, as was stated above, it's a database system developed by NYWG (but used in many other wings) to make administrative work for encampment much, much, much simpler.

Got a response back from National and the KB-
There is no publication that shows sample images and NHQ is not able to provide me with them.

That seems rather strange.

Don't want to have a bunch of counterfeit CAPCs floating around.  ;D

IIRC some of the military awards regs and manuals include sample certificates attached.  Maybe they should be added in the next rewrite of CAPR 39-3 that they keep saying is coming.

I have access to my Mitchell, as well as some of my cadet's Earhart, Eaker, and hopefully soon Spaatz from one of my cadets if you need images of that.

I also have my COP and my comm comm.

I never got a Yeager certificate, though I completed it almost 3 years ago. Got the pretty sticker on my COP though. It reminds me of a gold star I used to get in kindergarden.
